The Law Office of James E. Hall provides you with experienced and knowledgeable legal representation at a fair price. In personal injury cases, such as auto accidents or worker injuries, we charge nothing upfront and only charge a fee based on what is collected on your behalf.

For our other legal services, we charge a $100.00 fee for a consultation up to an hour. After that, a retainer equal to the total price of your legal fees will be required. Because every case is different, it is difficult to provide you with a quote without discussing your case in detail. Ask us about our flexible payment schedules and plans. We are associated with numerous federal courts and federal courts of appeal.
